A private 90-minute session: We’ll take a deep dive into your kitchen to decide what to keep, swap or toss! We’ll transform your pantry with nourishing options that serve your unique dietary needs and promote healthier eating habits.
Food Labels 101: I’ll teach you how to read and understand nutrition labels properly. You’ll no longer be fooled by the health claims slapped on the front of a package. You’ll gain awareness of hidden ingredients that are culprits to poor health, such as added sugars, inflammatory oils, preservatives, gums, artificial flavors, and more.
Shopping list: I’ll equip you with a grocery shopping guide of staples that are helpful to have on hand to make healthy cooking and meal prepping more attainable.
Email support for 2 weeks: You will have access to me via email for 2 weeks after your pantry makeover to ensure a smooth transition and successful transformation. I’m here to answer any questions that come up and provide further guidance and tailored recommendations as you embark on your journey to healthier eating.
Thrive in 3
The "Thrive in 3" program is a comprehensive 3-month journey designed to help you achieve lasting wellness by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Over the course of 90 days, I will help you develop personalized strategies that support your unique health goals and lifestyle.
The program begins with an in-depth assessment to understand your current health, challenges, and aspirations. Together, you’ll set clear, achievable goals that align with your vision of well-being. Every other week, you’ll participate in one-on-one coaching sessions where I will provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other key areas of your life.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn practical tools and holistic practices to enhance your physical health, boost your energy, and cultivate a positive mindset. I will help you overcome obstacles, build sustainable habits, and stay motivated as you progress.
By the end of the "Thrive in 3" program, you’ll have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to maintain your healthy lifestyle long after the program ends. This journey is about more than just temporary changes—it’s about creating a balanced, vibrant life where you can truly thrive.
Renew and flourish
The "Renew & Flourish" program is an immersive 6-month journey designed to transform your health and well-being from the inside out. This holistic program is crafted to support you in making deep, sustainable changes that lead to a balanced, vibrant life.
Over the course of six months, you’ll work closely with me and I will guide you through every step of your wellness journey. The program starts with a comprehensive assessment to understand your current health status, lifestyle, and personal goals. Together, you’ll create a customized plan that addresses your specific needs and aspirations, focusing on areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, emotional well-being, and more.
Each month, you’ll engage in 2 one-on-one coaching sessions where I will help you navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and refine your strategies. The "Renew & Flourish" program also includes access to holistic tools and practices, such as mindfulness techniques, meal planning, and personalized wellness routines, all designed to enhance your overall health.

Healthy roots is a comprehensive health coaching program designed to help families create a balanced, healthy lifestyle that works for both parents and children. This 12-week program focuses on making nutritious choices easier and more accessible, while also ensuring that your family enjoys their meals and feels good about their choices. My journey into holistic health coaching began with my own experiences as a mother of three. Balancing the demands of motherhood with my own health challenges, I realized the importance of nurturing not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. This understanding led my to explore holistic approaches to wellness, where I discovered the profound impact that a balanced, mindful lifestyle could have on overall well-being.
My passion for health and wellness grew as she saw the positive changes in my own life and my family’s. My passion for helping led me to choose a career dedicated to guide others achieve their healthiest, happiest selves. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life full of vitality and purpose.
As a holistic health coach, my goal is to empower my clients to achieve their fullest potential by nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
